In addition, Leff wrote about the difficulty in making a gay marriage law. As a result, Leff wrote about the difficult situation for gay couple. For example, they tried to win about vote but they failed and also they expect next vote. Therefore it is very difficult and complex problem to make a law but they will try again to get the initiative on the June 2006 ballot.
