Dreams: Making Them Work For Us

In the article "Dreams: making them work for us," the author states that People harm their life because they had nightmares in their dreams. They are always tired and become work hard. If people want to stop nightmares, they can follow two techniques. Milton Kramer's technique has five processes, in which people can review their day and connect their dreams with daily life. The other is Dr. Rosalind Cartwright's technique, in which they recognize problems of bad dreams and try to stop any bad dreams. People can change bad dreams and can feel positive. Then, the real life is better.
