Pregnant women should keep away from alcohol
Alcohol kills both pregnant women and babies. Alcohol impairs young mother and their children. If you drink a good deal of wine during your pregnancy you will get into trouble. Lots of research indicated that alcohol makes the baby’s body deformed, harms to mother’s heath and makes people have an addiction.
In the beginning, a pregnant mother drinks a great deal of alcohol, which will cause babies to suffer from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS). FAS can manifest many symptoms which range from physical to learning deficits. For example, they have heart, hearing and vision problems, neurological impairment, brain deformation and, low learning facilities. It is a terrible disease for the babies.
Also, alcohol harms to mother’s health. Drinking too much alcohol will lead to hepatitis and many cancers. It kills brain and stomach cell either. I have heard recently research shows that wine-drinkers compared with non-drinkers have ten times higher risk of getting stomach cancer. Alcohol does harm to the liver, which purifies toxic substances in our body. The liver have no sense of pain,so drinkers usually ignore the seriousness of hepatitis.
Finally, if a pregnant mother is addict to alcohol, not only she undertakes physical disease but also suffers from family problems. Many alcoholic wives couldn’t take good care of family, because they occasionally blackout and forget what was said or done. The worst thing is that a mother has greater tolerance, which lets her to drink stronger wine. So, the stronger wine they drink, the more diseases they have.
In conclusion, undue alcohol damages our health. Some people consider that drinking wine is a good method to forget sorrows or nightmares, but there’re still others ways to release pressure and to relax figure. A little alcohol can improve our immune system while too much alcohol will damage our health. Pregnant mothers should know drinking alcohol will get a lot of terrible diseases and give newborn babies an unfortunate life.
