I talked with my neighbor Darrel, about hackers . He thinks hackers are immoral and he doesn't know about the history of hackers because he believes that is a bad thing because they go through people's privacy and they are trying to steal the people's documents. Next, about what's the best way to stop these people, he thinks very family has to study the nature of greed and explain to all families from now to the end of time. In conclusion, I think to stop the hackers the first solution is from the family first to teach their kids.

I checked the history of hackers. First of all, I found the first hackers was created was 1969. The hackers, main gool was discovering and exploring the wired world. No harm was done in"Phreaking"due to phone calls coming from an unlimited source. Randy Seuss and ward christiansen in 1978 created the first personal computer which is still in operation today. I n 1986 the Federal computer Fraud and Abuse act was passed. Some people were arrested for multiple offenses. For example in 1995 the FBI arrested one guy who stole 20,000 credit card numbers.
