I visited this web site. It is written about how EU's gender gap is still wide open in this article. There are a lot of women who go to university in EU. However, their salary is lower than that of men, and they can't get the same pay as men. Also, even if women reach better educational levels than men, it is difficult for them to get a good job. Moreover, in this article you can see some bar graphs of each country which are about gender pay gap, share of female managers and part time workers. They are useful in knowing which country has more gender gap.

My opinion
This site is interesting for me because I didn't know much about EU’s gender gap in business. In Japan, also women can’t get the same opportunity as men in business. Furthermore, women are lower position than men. These are common problems between EU and Japan. Therefore, we have to struggle with this problem to get equal situation in business.
