Every body knows what sports means, but can we include Body Building as a kind of sports that keeps you Healthy?
Well, some of people do and some of them aren't.
Actually, its a really good sport. it keeps you healthy, and strong if you do it with the right way. people whom work out and use Vitamins, and minerals are more healthy and natural. Another reasone, people whom use Hormones while they are work out, might put them self at risk. for example, one of my friends used to work out and take Hormones. He got a good fast result in a short period of time;however, after a few monthes, he felt kind of sick.
He went to the hospital to get an exanimation, and a blood test. Guees what happpened? He realized that he might have no children, and he got kind of Kidney issues. its all happened because of Hormones.
Parents should provent them children of using these kind of Hormons. they could explain that to them by showing them some examples of people who got injury, or harmed them self. They are also, should go to an expert, doctor, or even the GYM trainer.
In the end, we could go with that kind of sport to get healthy and muscular, but you have to do it pasitively.
You must not hurt or harm your self. As I said ' Healthy '.
