Injuries from Sport

         I believe that playing a sport is useful for our health. But if there is hard work in it, that will be unacceptable. Let's talk about gymnastics. First, it requires a flexible body. Sports like this require different types of motions. That should be amazing, beautiful, and creative. Secondly, children will spend all their time practicing. They'll dedicate their energy and power for sport and nothing else. They won't do other duties. It requires from them to practice from 5 to 6 hours every day. Lastly, children may likely get injuries. Overuse practice will hurt their bodies if they don't pay attention while they play. In my opinion, parents shouldn't push their children to do gymnastics because it's a really dangerous sport for three reasons above.
